Q~ Thanks for joining us today. Please start off by introducing yourself to the Blockchain Space community and your role in the team ?

A~ Hey everyone!

I’m Liam, nickname Mando, the Marketing Manager of Safelaunch.

I've been in the crypto space for a while now but in the marketing game even longer so I’m here to spread the message about Safelaunch and their IDO coming up soon on the 5th July!

For a little on my experience, I’ve worked on some big projects in other industries before and had some crypto related companies included in that too. But now fully delving into the DeFi world with SafeLaunch!

Q~ Tell us what SafeLaunch is, how it works, and what kind of value the incubator platform adds to the ever expanding DeFi ecosystem ?

A~ SafeLaunch is an exciting new platform that we’ve been creating and launching via our IDO 5th July.

It’s one of the first incubator platforms that combines the best yield farming and project incubator on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The platform integrates valuable features that will help the investment community make the best investment decisions; the liquidity will be locked for projects to increase the community’s confidence.

In comes SafeLaunch LaunchPad & Incubator helping new BSC projects with audits, marketing, and guidance from our in-house team and our vast array of contacts within the industry. As SafeLaunch facilitates the auditing process and provide our own due diligence into upcoming projects this will make new ventures more trustworthy whilst also protecting the liquidity providers.

Q~ Can you share with us detailed information on the $SFE tokenomics and it’s usecases ?

A~ Here are our tokenomics:


10,000,000 $SFE - Total Supply. More tokens cannot be minted.

‌10,000,000 $SFE (100%) - Will be produced in the initial deployment of the contract.

  • 5,000,000 $SFE (50%) - Will be sent to mining contracts to be mined. To incentivize early adopters initial rewards per block will be at it’s highest and halve every 10 days.‌
  • 2,500,000 SafeLaunch - Pre-Sale/IDO (25%)
  • 1,000,000 SafeLaunch - Marketing Treasury (Vested See Below *)(10%)
  • 1,200,000 SafeLaunch - Team Tokens (Vested See Below**) (12%)
  • 100,000 SafeLaunch - Airdrop (1%)
  • 200,000 SafeLaunch - Initial Liquidity for PancakeSwap (2%)
  • 5,000,000 SafeLaunch - Liquidity Mining Supply (50%)

Token Vesting

Seed: 11% TGE then 8.9% every two weeks for 20 weeks - 0.35¢

Private: 15% TGE then 10.625% every two weeks for 16 weeks - 0.40¢

Public IDO: 22.5% TGE then 12.9165% every two weeks for 12 weeks - 0.50¢

Team tokens: Three months cliff then 8.333% each month

Marketing treasury: One month cliff then 10% each month

SFE allows token holders to gain access to SafeAllocation (our venture capital arm) to invest in the private and seed rounds of early-stage crypto projects by locking up in SafeStake. how much SFE you lock up determines how big of an allocation you get in the private & seed round deals — the more SFE you lock up, the bigger your allocation size.

Xiaolin : The amount of SFE I need to lock up to get an allocation has not been decided yet right?

Mando : It’s up to you how much you want to lock up but you can see our allocation multiplier details here:

Q~ Did you raise funds so far? If so, how did you handle them? also give us more details on your upcoming IDO?

A~ Well we’re about to go into our IDO very shortly - only 3 days left until we start launch (5th July).

In fact, we’ve already released our whitelist for it:

  • Intial market cap: $190,000
  • Starting price: 0.50¢
  • Vesting: 22.5% TGE then 12.9165% every 2 weeks for 12 weeks

We have a triple threat IDO which will be held on our own platform, BSC Launch & BSC Pad.

Q~ The strongest projects complement the DeFi ecosystem, can you share with us some of the recent partnerships you have secured ?

A~ So, as I already said we’ve partnered with both BSC Pad & BSC Launch for our IDO

But we’ve also got some great partnerships from investors to strategic partnerships.

Some of these include:

GD10 Ventures, CCK Ventures, OIG, BSC News, RD Labs, Certik, ChainGuardians & Onomy to name a few.


Q~ What kind of problems do SafeLaunch aim to solve?

A~ As it currently stands with the community VC, launchpad and staking platforms you need to invest in to each different ecosystem seperately and hold 3 different tokens.

So you may go to a community VC invest a few thousand dollars into their token and get allocations into projects before they hit the market and you’re already in profit, great job.

Now you spend another few thousand dollars on a launchpad token and they launch some projects, you get multiple X’s from the projects (hopefully), great job.

You then go to a staking platform, buy their native token and earn same nice APR from yield, great job.

But by this time,

You’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on 3 different ecosystems and have left over capital to actually invest into future projects you believe in.

SafeLaunch solves this problem by having a powerhouse of 3 different ecosystems, we allow you to invest like a VC and give you fair investment rights that shouldn’t just be for fat cat bankers.

We aim to help this issue as we have an integrated launchpad.

And best of all we do all the hard work like due diligence, KYC checks and research for you for each project we bring onboard.

Q~ As you are well aware, there are many launchpads out there which means that the competition is high. I would like to know what gives SafeLaunch an edge over other launchpads and why should project/investors should use your platform.

A~ We look at this in 3 ways:

1. Safety

Most importantly, SafeLaunch looks to protect investors funds. Investors are offered a well thoroughly and vetted projects that our sought out by our own researchers that reduces the chances of scams or rugpulls which are prevalent in the crypto space right now.

2. Passive IncomeYield

Farming will be live alongside the IDO launchpad to provide token holders passive income earning means.

3. Support for all projects

Every project that comes onto our platform gets the support they need both pre & post IDO - whether that’s marketing, audit cheks, tech advice, etc. This helps them get off the ground and become a strong, stable company in the future

Q~ So, do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?

A~ Yes, we do:

Every time a transaction occurs that activates the protocol, a 2.2% tax is applied and redistributed into our platform.

2.2% Transactions Tax:

  • 1.2% is Burned
  • 0.5% to Staking participants
  • 0.5% to Marketing Fund

Q~ Can you give us more information about what kind of requirements do projects need to fulfill if they want to launch on your Launchpad? Will KYC/AML and audits be require if they want to do so?

A~ The platform hopes to restore the confidence level of users as it works towards ensuring quality over quantity.

Each project that we incubate/launch on our platform must go through our 122 point in-depth due diligence check, this will include KYC of founder members and CTO, audits paid by us with through our partnerships with audit agencies, locked liquidity from the get-go and much much more. So Safelaunch will launch projects safely, this is our key advantage to other platform.

Q~ Among the transaction fee they charge a total of 2.2%, why in the distribution of this 2.2% there is not a single part directed to reward the users holding the $SFE token, is there another mechanism to reward them or not?

A~ If you stake your SFE then you will recieve a reward from the transaction tax.
